Jim was the initial person who came out on 4/27/26 and assessed the situation at hand. He was professional and polite during the process. Aaron and his partner showed up on 5/19/26 and completed the repair of a leaking roof vent. Completed the repair timely and picked up after themselves. They were professional and polite. Kanga installed roof and gutters a couple of years ago. I have had no issues until this years winds. With the high winds this spring, the hinge on my downspout suffered some damage and would no longer fully fold. The service department returned a message regardging if the hinge was covered under my warranty. No questions asked! The Kanga team was out witihin a week and replaced the hinge.
