Good customer service and roof and gutter were done in a timely manner. Only issue was the lack of clean up. While they cleaned up the major debris, we had to sweep up all the grit and sand left behind. Many nail, screw and staples were left behind for nearly two week when they came out for the final inspection and they did pick them all up at that time.
Theresa, We cannot apologize enough that we did not meet yours, and our, expectations for job site clean up. Anything less than a 5 star experience is unacceptable to us, and we are actively addressing the issues from this, to ensure it does not ever happen again in the future. We are glad to hear that our team performed excellent work, and were responsive to your needs, however that does not dismiss the fact that we needed to do a more thorough nail sweep/clean up process. Please accept our apology, and know that we are actively working to never let this occur again.
