Mallory, Thank you so much for the review and bringing this to my attention. And thank you for being a member of the Kanga Kare Club. As a member you are our number one priority. I am so sorry my team did not live up to that communication expectation on the finalization of the second repair. I also appreciate you taking the time to speak with me on the phone today. As the owner, if I am not aware of a problem, I cannot get it corrected. As discussed, we will check in on the 26th to see if the snow has cleared enough to execute the work. Rest assured, as soon as it is safe Kevin will be out there to get this wrapped up for you. I appreciate you sharing on the phone how well the rest of the work and communication was.
