I am so sorry my team did not live up to that communication expectation on the finalization of the second repair. I also appreciate you taking the time to speak with me on the phone today. As the owner, if I am not aware of a problem, I cannot get it corrected. As discussed, we will check in on the 26th to see if the snow has cleared enough to execute the work. John came out today to assist me with the remainder of my roof project. I am a 23 year customer service professional in leadership and I must tell you that John was phenominal! He came and made contact with me, got the job done, and touched bases with me before he left. He did this all this with a smile! :-)
