Hi Diane! Charlie is definitely a feather in our cap and we appreciate your kind words about the experience. As far as those vehicles are concerned... we would love to buy every one of our salesmen, technicians, estimators, etc. a bigger vehicle. But, the only way to keep our prices lower for our customers is to buy smaller, gas efficient cars. Most importantly, please know that they are all vehicles made in Detroit!
