I had used Kanga a few years back and had a good experience with them. This time it started out a bit different with some missed appointments. Alec Fell worked hard with me to solve the issues. After thinking everything was solved, we ran into some miscommunications. But to Kangas credit these were worked out. They sent Armando Marra to the rescue. Armando and his helper solved the issues. 2 stars based on communication up front and high prices. Company charges you inspection fee, $79 which is fine. My problem is after the inspection, I was told work wouldn't start for 2-3 weeks. I believe this should have been told to me before hand.
