Rich and his partner came in today, found the problem and fixed it in a timely matter without disturbing anyone. Great service as well!
Everything was great they kept in close contact and advised me of any issues that needed attention. like rotted boards they replaced under new ones that KERNS BROS. put on over top of 20 year old boards on my last roof instead of taking them off ,got scammed on that one . They cleaned up as the contract stated and addressed any issues i did have . Put my gutter guards back on correct as far as i know. Would hire them again for my garage.
I called about a warranty claim and heard back within 24 hours. Armando and Chris listened to my concerns, explained everything they were doing and went the extra mile to make things right.
