Harold Davenport did quite well conveying the understanding of how things worked not only from a business perspective, but from human being perspective. What I mean by this is that I felt like I wasn't just a sale. He was willing to speak to us regarding other subjects that had nothing to do with our roof and with a honesty that felt genuine.
