Their inside sales and customer service department is very professional. But the execution of a visit, a quote and quote follow up has been extremely lack luster. After two reschedulings, it took a technician 3 additional visits, to bring the right size latter or correct person to look at my roof. Customer service even looked at my home on Google earth and made notes for the technicians, and I told them how tall my roof was. Then I waited for almost a week for the quote. Recently got a new roof on my garage from kanga roof and I must say the service and quality of work was exceptional. The salesman, mason, was very thorough and detailed in quoting us and provided a timely installation date and the work that followed a couple weeks later exceeded our expectations. I believe the two service guys I had out today were John and Armando. I wasn’t sure I would be able to get someone out this quickly. We only called for help with our four leaks less than 24 hours ago. I have used Kanga Roof before and was pleased, but this time I am even more than pleased. They did a great job fixed our problems and was here faster than I would’ve expected. So now, let the rain begin!
