Scheduling is an issue, will take a while to get your roof repaired. I had to call several times to follow up, and only then did I get someone to come to quote. Same thing waiting on the actual repair. Price was on the higher end. They called me 4 times to get a review and take a survey, which was pretty annoying. You repaired, I paid, end of transaction, do not pester me for more info please.
