On 10-5, I wrote "Ridiculously overpriced, unprofessional and unresponsive. Don't bother with these guys." The next day the owner contacted me, apologized for the initial confusion (long story), and very graciously made things right. So, I haven't done business with them, but the owner seems to be a trustworthy guy who cares a lot about his business and customers.

I had tornado damage in July 2021. Frey was very responsive, timely, and professional in getting me estimates for the repair. The program was my insurance company....they were being very difficult in the situation. Frey stepped in and took the lead to help get me the funds from insurance that covered the tornado damage. My wife and I hired Frey Construction to turn our screen porch into a true 3 season area by removing the screens and replacing them with sliding windows. Given the existing structure, there was some planning and customization needed but Scott gave us some excellent options and their installation crew was polite and efficient making the entire process fast and easy. We could not be happier and will definitely be calling Frey Construction again when home improvement is needed.
