A Rocky Start With a Happy Ending I asked for a quote on a roofing tear-off and replace. I told them I have a two-story house and they should bring a ladder. Tyler showed up on schedule - but without a ladder. A large oak tree fell on our garage and house. Frey responded quickly to tarp the hole to prevent further damage and to rapidly develop a bid so that needed materials could be quickly purchased.
