Frey installed a couple Provia windows and a sliding door approx 2 years ago. First off, Frey's crew did a good job with the trim work and installation. The issue is mostly with the window and door quality. The screens are cheap. I have had the screens fall loose from the frame when removing the frame from the window to clean the glass. We had a complete tear off and new roof installed today; and are very happy. The Frey Team was amazing from start to finish. Adrian, the project manager, and his crew were all professional and friendly throughout the course. If it wasn’t for the beautiful new roof, you would never know they were here. Upon completion all debris was picked up and hauled away. Great job, definitely recommend.
