We gutted the entire structure to the exterior walls. We redesigned the whole layout, put in all new electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning.     Frey Construction was very responsive to our requests during the planning phase of our basement refinishing project. They had great ideas and were very accommodating. They gave us great suggestions about a variety of options for the basement, and had sub-contractors come to take a look at the space and offer suggestions. We ultimately decided to wait on the project we had planned, but will certainly contact Frey in the future for other bids.
