Having dealt with many contractors and contracting companies, I will 100% be going back to Frey if any I need done is in their wheelhouse. Nothing against smaller shops, but with this outfit you get a team of folks, that communicates. I always got a response whether I left a voice mail or an email. I called them out after a bad storm to look at my roof. Eric Garske was amazing through the whole experience, he even cleaned out a clog in my gutter while he was on the ladder and pointed out some things to keep an eye on. You don't see customer service and friendliness like that much any more. I highly recommend you give them a call. Truly a great experience.
