Our home's 11' x 11' screen porch had bare vinyl over concrete foundation, with bare screens on three sides (as shown in "before" pic with light-colored vinyl floor). It was pretty nice on mild days, but when it rained the floor would get filthy fast, and the porch was not usable when the temperature dropped. We wanted something more resilient to weather. The sales manager listed to our concerns, before we decided to go with them. The Forman on the site Rick listened to my concerns about what the end result would look like. Also he addressed his concerns regarding new flashing by the chimney and making sure the flashing fit properly. The roof looks beautiful. The team cleaned up the area very well. I would definitely recommend them for getting a new roof.
