After 18 years of the initial remodeling project (windows, doors, roof, insulation, siding) I noticed what appeared water damage behind the siding in the corner between the house and garage. Frey Construction discovered the problem to the water spots that were appearing on the ceiling in one of our rooms. (We had had another company who totally misdiagnosed the issue). Frey was very knowledgeable and skilled in accessing the problem, taking care of it, and letting us know ongoing possible problems due to some poor construction of our home originally. Good experience with all staff worked on the roof, gutter and skylight project. There was a miscommunication of the products for skylights and Frey offered discount for the issue.

We hired Frey Construction for a bathroom remodel and to coordinate indoor painting and carpeting. Once work began they stayed on schedule, and provided great communication of progress. We were provided excellent workmanship in all aspects of the project. We did experience instances of poor communication between Frey and outside providers during planning/preparation. Better communication and coordination would have improve the experience. We are very satisfied with the final results.
