We hired Frey to find and repair a roof leak as well as replace our existing gutters and add guards to keep leaves and other debris out. Frey installed a couple Provia windows and a sliding door approx 2 years ago.
First off, Frey's crew did a good job with the trim work and installation.
The issue is mostly with the window and door quality. The screens are cheap. I have had the screens fall loose from the frame when removing the frame from the window to clean the glass.
