Our home was built around 1950 and never had adequate ventilation. The upstairs of the house was always hot in the summer and in the winter I was always using a snow rake to prevent ice daming. Frey construction addressed this problem by stripping the old roof off and adding ventilation starting from under the facia/soffet ending at the peak sandwiched between the old sub layer and a second new sub layer with adequate ice barrier. The installation crew was fast, experienced, and friendly (They w... Read more

Discovered a leak in a skylight and was faced with the question where to start looking for someone to replace it. Remembered seeing Frey Construction Company vehicles in my neighborhood from time to time so I started by giving them a call for an estimate. They were very prompt to respond, gave a reasonable estimate, and were able to schedule the work within two weeks. We are very satisfied with the entire process and would definitely hire them for any future needs.

We had no disruptions to our daily function and they were extremely kind in our house, barely noticed they were here. The crew arrived on time each day and got the whole project done ahead of what we thought. Happy to have our house in one piece after a fire and doubly happy with the work John and his crew out in. Frey was my first choice for the repair and I know feel very confident we w... Read more

JJ Prime and his crew were pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable to have around. I felt safe about my project and love the end results. I especially like that they hauled any debris back with them at the end of the day. They even tried & succeeded in finding my escaped cat who got out by mistake!
