Following a hailstorm in Middleton, Frey Construction completed a comprehensive exterior renovation. The project featured GAF HDZ shingles in Charcoal, new white skylights, full siding replacement, updated soffit and fascia, and 5" seamless gutters with 3x4 downspouts in Snowmist. This extensive upgrade restored the home's integrity while enhancing its appearance and durability.

Completed a roofing replacement in one of our favorite Middleton subdivisions! After hail damage affected the roof and siding, we collaborated with our clients and their insurance company to ensure coverage. We installed GAF High Definition shingles in Weathered Wood, replaced damaged siding to match the existing exterior, and added new gutters with our Big Mouth Gutter Outlets, Snaplocks, and Tiploks for superior water management. I just had Frey Construction out to replace my old gutters with their Absolute Gutters. The process was great, from the initial visit for a bid to the installation. I have had issues with my old gutters unable to handle all the water that would come off the roof during large downpours and overflow right at the base of my foundation.
