We just had our roof replaced by Frey. We chose them because they had reasonable prices AND they recycle the old shingles. Our foreman was awesome, complimented the color I chose (not your typical gray) and even helped me dig out the old saved extra shingles from under all the clutter in the garage so they could be recycled too! Finished in 1.5 days and cleaned up very well.
After 18 years of the initial remodeling project (windows, doors, roof, insulation, siding) I noticed what appeared water damage behind the siding in the corner between the house and garage. Scott Frey assessed the matter and found indeed a rotting plywood sheet. Scott sent one of his employees (JJ) to repair the problem. Quality workmanship
Frey Construction discovered the problem to the water spots that were appearing on the ceiling in one of our rooms. (We had had another company who totally misdiagnosed the issue). Frey was very knowledgeable and skilled in accessing the problem, taking care of it, and letting us know ongoing possible problems due to some poor construction of our home originally. They took care of the immediate problem, and we are planning on hiring them to do additional work to help prevent further problems.... Read more
