From the initial evaluation to the completion of the insulation install, everyone was professional and responsive to our questions. They also recommended contractors to handle a mold remediation that was the initial reason for the call. This is the second time we’ve used Frey for home maintenance beyond my capabilities. Satisfied both times. Nothing personal, but hoping we don’t have another issue to resolve - but won’t hesitate to contract with Frey again.
