Our home's 11' x 11' screen porch had bare vinyl over concrete foundation, with bare screens on three sides (as shown in "before" pic with light-colored vinyl floor). It was pretty nice on mild days, but when it rained the floor would get filthy fast, and the porch was not usable when the temperature dropped. We wanted something more resilient to weather.
