We ordered our windows in February with an anticipated delivery of July. A nice surprise for us when they came in early. John, Aaron and Cody did a great job of removing our old windows and installing the new ones. They kept us informed, asked our preference when it applied, and had great attention to detail. From the initial evaluation to the completion of the insulation install, everyone was professional and responsive to our questions. They also recommended contractors to handle a mold remediation that was the initial reason for the call. This is the second time we’ve used Frey for home maintenance beyond my capabilities. Satisfied both times. Nothing personal, but hoping we don’t have another issue to resolve - but won’t hesitate to contract with Frey again.
