    Following a hailstorm in Middleton, Frey Construction completed a comprehensive exterior renovation. The project featured GAF HDZ shingles in Charcoal, new white skylights, full siding replacement, updated soffit and fascia, and 5" seamless gutters with 3x4 downspouts in Snowmist. This extensive upgrade restored the home's integrity while enhancing its appearance and durability.

    Completed a roofing replacement in one of our favorite Middleton subdivisions! After hail damage affected the roof and siding, we collaborated with our clients and their insurance company to ensure coverage. We installed GAF High Definition shingles in Weathered Wood, replaced damaged siding to match the existing exterior, and added new gutters with our Big Mouth Gutter Outlets, Snaplocks, and Tiploks for superior water management. Quality care from top to bottom!

    I cannot say enough good things about Frey Construction and the work they did on my house! I had the entire house reinsulated with spray foam, more insulation in the basement and attic, new windows and doors installed, and new siding, soffit, and gutters - all completed in just over 3 weeks - and my house looks AMAZING (and is better able to keep the cool in this summer, and the heat in when winter comes, which was the goal of the work)!     We had an unusual project that involved removing a large brick fireplace and cutting in a new window in its place. Frey was the only contractor willing to try this without also replacing the siding on that wall. Other contractors either didn’t want to do it at all or said it would also require new siding on that wall, which we were hoping to avoid. The project turned out really well.
