This was an excellent experience. After several bids, we couldn't pass on the fact that Frey has an incredible warranty, which is well beyond what others offer. They clearly stand behind their work, and it is excellent work. Frey immediately placed a protective covering over the area of the roof where shingles had fallen off, they then completed the entire roof and skylight replacement in a very short time. A Rocky Start With a Happy Ending I asked for a quote on a roofing tear-off and replace. I told them I have a two-story house and they should bring a ladder. Tyler showed up on schedule - but without a ladder. He scheduled another appointment for a later date when someone could come with a ladder (I guess it wasn't his turn to have the company's one ladder). They did not show up.
