I asked for a quote on a roofing tear-off and replace. I told them I have a two-story house and they should bring a ladder. Tyler showed up on schedule - but without a ladder. He scheduled another appointment for a later date when someone could come with a ladder (I guess it wasn't his turn to have the company's one ladder). They did not show up. A large oak tree fell on our garage and house. Frey responded quickly to tarp the hole to prevent further damage and to rapidly develop a bid so that needed materials could be quickly purchased.
