Our home was built around 1950 and never had adequate ventilation. The upstairs of the house was always hot in the summer and in the winter I was always using a snow rake to prevent ice daming. Frey construction addressed this problem by stripping the old roof off and adding ventilation starting from under the facia/soffet ending at the peak sandwiched between the old sub layer and a second new sub layer with adequate ice barrier. Discovered a leak in a skylight and was faced with the question where to start looking for someone to replace it. Remembered seeing Frey Construction Company vehicles in my neighborhood from time to time so I started by giving them a call for an estimate. They were very prompt to respond, gave a reasonable estimate, and were able to schedule the work within two weeks. We are very satisfied with the entire process and would definitely hire them for any future needs.
