Porch Roof Repair & Restoration
G and Bros was hired to perform a comprehensive repair on a residential porch roof system on Bunker Hill Road in Chincoteague, VA. To restore the integrity of the roof, we installed a new layer of APP 180 White Cap over the existing system, providing a durable, reflective surface.
Our team also addressed detailing issues by installing an ER system on all areas with missing caulking to ensure a watertight seal. Additionally, we fabricated and installed custom new metal edging for the porch perimeter. As always, the site was kept immaculate, with all debris removed daily.
