G and Bros performed a specialized dual-system roof replacement at this property on Skipjack Circle in Berlin, MD. The homeowner, Charles Pitts, needed to replace an aging sheet metal roof that was no longer performing.
Under the guidance of our project representative, Luis, we designed a custom solution. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in the color Charcoal for the pitched sections to provide durability and curb appeal. For the low-slope areas, we integrated a commercial-grade TPO membrane. This combination ensures the home is completely watertight while offering a modern, upgraded look.

Residential Roof Replacement : Corner Lot Makeover
G and Bros was proud to contribute to the extensive renovation of this beautiful corner property on Chelsea Ann Lane in Fruitland, MD. The homeowner has been meticulously updating the property, including a new fence, fresh deck painting, and interior upgrades.
To cap off this total transformation, we installed a new GAF Timberline HDZ roofing system in the color Pewter Gray. Being on a corner lot, the roof is highly visible from multiple angles. The Pewter Gray shingles provide a neutral yet striking backdrop that unifies the new fence and deck, giving the home a completely polished and modern appearance.
