Great company and so helpful. Evan spent time letting me know what was needed, helped with ordering the replacement shade, and then came back to install it. It was a remote controlled blackout shade and couldn’t be repaired. My original shade was ordered thru Costco and the company was out of biz so I was referred to Galaxy. They were professional every step of the way and Jehn was so helpful also I recommend them to everyone
