Impressive! Costco referred us to these folks, and now I see why. Bernadette took careful measurements (twice!) and noted the minute details of how I wanted the vertical blinds I ordered to operate. The installer arrived (3 minutes early, wow!) with the exact notes in hand and in less than two hours all blinds were up and operating perfectly. Congrats, guys! Wouldn't it be nice if all businesses over-delivered like this?
