Excellent customer service. They came out to replace a broken part for my outside shade screen & they replaced the same part on my 2nd screen, although that part had not broken off. I am very pleased with this company! Also, the screens last forever. We had them installed in 1980!!!!
I was really impressed with everything Costco did. The gal who sold us the product, the guy who installed it. They were knowledgeable and efficient. Everything went like clockwork on the timing and scheduling and the communication was excellent. And the product is beautiful!
