We purchased replacement fabric for our Sunsetter awning from Galaxy. Jennifer arranged everything on the phone including the order through Sunsetter, scheduled the install, etc. Jerry phoned to tell us they were running EARLY, so he, Chris and Edwin showed up and installed our new fabric plus our addition of a wind sensor. They were great to work with and we would highly recommend this company.
I had an OUTSTANDING experience with Cynthia @ Galaxy Drapes. She was a TON of help with the design phase, & continued to follow up even after the final installation. Custom window treatments is FOR SURE the way to go, and Galaxy had the best Cost VS Product Quality that I found while shopping around and getting estimates. I would and will use Galaxy Draperies again and would recommend to anyone in need of new custom window treatments! :-)
