As you know, one of the benefits of working with us is that we take care of any warranty claims on your custom window treatments with the manufacturer for you, and since we've built up a great relationship with them, sometimes we're able to work magic and truly go above and beyond. Since we were already replacing most of your shades to ensure they matched in each room, Jehn was able to ask our wonderful manufacturer to just go ahead and add in the couple remaining so all of them still matched. We're so pleased with the response we received too, and thrilled we could make everything such a wonderful experience!
