Hi Joel, thanks for leaving us feedback. While normally the lead time we give is accurate, occasionally there are backorders of parts or shipping delays from the manufacturers that we can't control or they don't give us exact dates, which appears to have been what happened here. I see in our notes that your Project Manager reached out the manufacturer repeatedly and not only tried to have them ship things earlier even without a certain piece, but also was able to get you a free add-on for the inconvenience. While I know that didn't make anything arrive earlier despite her efforts, I do hope you love your new awning regardless! We're always here if you need anything.
