Great experience.
We are renovating our home and working with contractors is still an on-going headache. So while looking for window treatments, I was almost expecting the same poor service (I didn't want to get my hopes up).

What a fantastic experience. I always like to support a family run business and I was impressed with every phase of my window blind purchase with Galaxy from Shirley’s visit to Angel’s installation and Bree coordinating in between. Excellent customer care from start to finish.
Galaxy Drappieres has great quality drapies. They came out and fixed the track that were still under warranty. I had my blinds custom made from Galaxy drapes they were put in over 10 years ago. Alfredo was very professional and friendly in fixing my blinds. He spent 2 hours at my home replacing the track. He showed techniques to help keep our track for longer time. Alfredo is definitely a professional in what he does. He was a pleasure to have for the two hours.
