Ones they received the shades from the factory , we got a call from their office to set up an appointment to install our lovely new shades. The installer was on time, a professional and friendly. He didn't rush and did a superb job installing our new shades. He explained how to use the remote control. We highly recommend Galaxy & thank them for a job well done!!!
