We purchased a veri-glide window treatment initially through Costco window treatments service. A company was contracted to service us, but a few months after the installation, we experienced problems with the install. Costco eventually referred us to Galaxy to resolve the problem. Galaxy was able to contact the manufacturer and have our verti-glide replaced at no cost to us. Although the process to get to resolution was tedious, the end result was well worth it.

Great service. From the beginning to the end . Galaxy's rep kept us informed and updated us in regards to the status of our order. Ones they received the shades from the factory , we got a call from their office to set up an appointment to install our lovely new shades.
The installer was on time, a professional and friendly. He didn't rush and did a superb job installing our new shades. He explained how to use the remote control. We highly recommend Galaxy & thank them for a job well done!!!
