Purchased 4 matching corner shades. One mechanism failed under warranty and was fixed. A second failed after warranty and the company replaced the mechanism at no cost. Shades 3 and 4 eventually failed and customer service replaced all 4 with new mechanisms and material. They did stand behind their product and were concerned that we would be satisfied with our shades. Outstanding customer service follow through.
