Overall great experience. The measurer & installer Antonio was fantastic! He did an excellent job and had my entire house’s shades installed in 4 hours. The only thing that bothers me is that the sales woman said I could not have one header for my 3 side-by-side windows in my living room, but said I could have one header for the two sliders right next to the windows. Wonderful service at a fair price! Great communication! Our new window coverings are beautiful and functional. They were delivered and installed three weeks earlier than estimated. Amazing!
Had another small job done where Azalia helped me select a shade for my kitchen. Antonio installed it perfectly and I have to say they are all people I would like as a neighbor. Galaxy really has a nice family feel to it. I should be done with window treatments, but might have another one done at some point. Two windows don't really need covering, but....I might.
We love our shades! High end quality and looks are great. You get your money worth. The process from start to finish was smooth. Although, there was a delayed on the installation due to date miscommunication, they were able to accommodate the installation within reasonable time. Evan, the installer made sure it was properly installed and functioning well. He cleaned up the mess and very polite. Overall, were happy with the product and the service provided.
