We love our shades! High end quality and looks are great. You get your money worth. The process from start to finish was smooth. Although, there was a delayed on the installation due to date miscommunication, they were able to accommodate the installation within reasonable time. Evan, the installer made sure it was properly installed and functioning well. He cleaned up the mess and very polite. Overall, were happy with the product and the service provided.
