It took 6 days after I signed the contract and paid the installation fee for the order to be placed for the shade to be replaced under warranty. That was a painful loss of time for me during this heat wave because the shade is for a 4' x 7' east facing window so room began heating up at sunrise. Repeated calls and emails for status to Ms. Padron went unanswered. Finally I reached Jenna and then things improved. Hi Donna, thank you so much for giving us your feedback and my apologies that it took longer than it should have with that hot room! Your feedback about the text message lacking details has been passed over to our Marketing Manager who takes all errors seriously - and sometimes personally! She'll get that fixed right away and extends her apologies. As far as communication, we VERY recently made staffing changes to our repairs department to prevent issues like the one you faced, because we agree - that's not a good experience, and not acceptable here at Galaxy. I'm glad Evan and Jenna got you taken care of, and if we work together again, I'm sure the changes in our processes will be evident. Thank you so much, and I hope you have a lovely day!
