      Galaxy Drappieres has great quality drapies. They came out and fixed the track that were still under warranty. I had my blinds custom made from Galaxy drapes they were put in over 10 years ago. Alfredo was very professional and friendly in fixing my blinds. He spent 2 hours at my home replacing the track. He showed techniques to help keep our track for longer time. Alfredo is definitely a professional in what he does. He was a pleasure to have for the two hours.

      Of the three estimates that we obtained for window treatments, Galaxy won the day. We liked having a product backed by Costco, and using a local, family-owned business. Importantly, they were consistent and professional with their communication*. (There was one small drop-off in communication when we were respectfully handed off from the sales person to the project assistant. That hiccup in the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.)
