Terrific salesman came out to the house experience with outdoor window covering showed us all the options we were thrilled with the service, BUT since the first installation six months ago, we have had nothing but problems- they have been out to replace the solar, they've been out to replace the motor, we've not an operational window covering now for over 60 days waiting for another motor!! Purchased 4 matching corner shades. One mechanism failed under warranty and was fixed. A second failed after warranty and the company replaced the mechanism at no cost. Shades 3 and 4 eventually failed and customer service replaced all 4 with new mechanisms and material. They did stand behind their product and were concerned that we would be satisfied with our shades. Outstanding customer service follow through.
We wanted to replace decades old shutters in a good-sized family room plus kitchen blinds so we contacted Galaxy. Shane brought over numerous samples and thoroughly discussed our options for the 8’ wide window. We chose white vinyl 3” slats with no front knobs or front lever.
