Things started off rocky, but Angel + John from Galaxy came out and saved the day! The knowledge and the professionalism and just sheer know how. They were able to take care of everything in one go and then some. Next time I need service or anything else ordered from Galaxy, I’m asking for Angel or John. You should do the same!

I didn't write a review 2 years ago when we first got our Sunset awning from Galaxy Draperies. But I felt compel to write one now, and down grade the ratings because of the followings: We paid a lot for our 20ft retractable awing. So far so good except when we had to redo our roof this year due to all the heavy rains at the beginning of the year here in L.A. Hi Minh, thank you so much for leaving your review. That awning definitely is not installed correctly and certainly needs fixing! After reading what you wrote, I reached out to our management team about your awning repair. A large awning like yours does require multiple installers to safely handle, however, it looks like the quote you were given was not accurate due to a system issue. We have since investigated this and fixed the glitch on our end, so thank you for bringing that to our attention. I'm so sorry about that! A member of our team will be giving you a call shortly to go over the new quote and we'll be applying the $299 you already paid to the new repair order after your approval. Hopefully this will be a better solution for you!

Great experience. We are renovating our home and working with contractors is still an on-going headache.
