Our review is based on one of the most challenging experiences we have ever had to deal with regarding a quote, design, install, re-install process. We recd our original quote ($22k) in April which although higher than the other companies we started to work with, we had read some positive reviews + Costco was using them as their main 'shade' resource. Jason, I am so sorry to hear how your experience with us has been. This absolutely is not what we'd hope for for ourselves, much less one of our clients. I read back through our notes and I noticed at the end of February after our installers had been back out, your Project Assistant had given you a call to make sure everything was looking great but we hadn't heard back from you. Knowing things are still not how you'd like them, I passed your message and photos over to our Customer Service Manager Roxanarlene, who will be reaching out to you. You deserve to be incredibly happy with your bedroom windows, and we'd still like to make this right with you. I apologize for the time, experience, and I'm sure frustration you've experienced with this project in your home! Look for Roxanarlene's call, and we'll get those windows looking as beautiful and functional as you and your design consultant initially imagined together.

Terrific salesman came out to the house experience with outdoor window covering showed us all the options we were thrilled with the service, BUT since the first installation six months ago, we have had nothing but problems- they have been out to replace the solar, they've been out to replace the motor, we've not an operational window covering now for over 60 days waiting for another motor!!
