The Sunsetter factory is in need of better tracking processes. HOWEVER, Galaxy took care of me getting the install scheduled as soon as they could with a deeply experienced install lead who made the work look like he was doing it at his own mother's home. End result is a perfect job exactly as ordered.

My family fell in love with bot shades and blinds . The guy by name Michael who did the installation was professional about the whole stuff and very neat. We love what have now. The blinds and shades helped to control temperature and direct sunlight.

I had a fantastic experience with Galaxy Draperies. I found them through Costco. My design consultant, Sonya, was super knowledgeable and helped me select my window coverings for 50 windows. The communication after the order was excellent and my project manager kept me updated along the way. The installation was very smooth, again a super experienced leader, Luis. I highly recommend them. My house looks so much better and that makes me very happy!!
