Good experience overall. Measurements (done TWICE; nice to see the old adage "measure twice..." being employed) and installation were performed professionally and without any issue. Our only issue was that installation was delayed three weeks from the initially scheduled date due to the factory not producing the material on time.

We purchased a veri-glide window treatment initially through Costco window treatments service. A company was contracted to service us, but a few months after the installation, we experienced problems with the install. Costco eventually referred us to Galaxy to resolve the problem. Galaxy was able to contact the manufacturer and have our verti-glide replaced at no cost to us. Although the process to get to resolution was tedious, the end result was well worth it.
