While visiting our son and his wife in LA in June, 2020 we purchased a Sunsetter awning through Galaxy Draperies for their new home. We were impressed by Rex, the sales rep, and fully expected an installation by August. The follow on was a sad and confusing series of mistakes, misinformation and poor follow up.
