She is very social, easy to talk to, and full of positive energy. I had three custom cellular shades put into my house. I'm beyond happy. Cynthia was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped me figure out what the best looking and most practical option was for my space. They put in temporary shades while the order was in production and the shades even came in a bit earlier than planned which was a nice surprise.
